Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect shipping address is entered, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

A description of the issue
